Customer Care
For your safety, all guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and may be required in certain conditions. Steady Ready is not responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. Guests should disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully while on board. Excessive alcohol consumption, reckless behavior, and failure to follow the captain’s instructions may result in the early termination of the trip without a refund. Any damages to the boat or equipment caused by guest negligence will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
Privacy
At Steady Ready, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected, including names, contact details, and payment information, is used solely for booking purposes, customer support, and service improvements. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties. Secure payment processors handle all transactions to ensure the safety of your financial details.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling Policy
Notice Requirement: Rescheduling is permitted if we receive notice at least 10 days before the original booked date with us.
Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 10 days in advance, you will be required to cancel your current booking and schedule a new trip.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice: If you cancel your booking at least 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 75% your payment.
Steady Ready operates in outdoor conditions that can change rapidly. While we monitor weather forecasts closely, we cannot guarantee specific weather conditions. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled at the captain’s discretion if conditions become unsafe.
By booking a trip with Steady Ready, you acknowledge that boating and fishing involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, motion sickness, and unpredictable water conditions. Steady Ready and its crew are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
