Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy Notice Requirement: Rescheduling is permitted if we receive notice at least 10 days before the original booked date with us. Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 10 days in advance, you will be required to cancel your current booking and schedule a new trip. Cancellation Policy Advance Notice: If you cancel your booking at least 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the payment. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the payment.
