Based in the beautiful Tiki Island, we offer flexible meet-up arrangements to suit your convenience. Whether you're planning a visit or need to schedule a meeting, we're here to accommodate your needs. Let's discuss a time and place that works best for you.

Feel free to bring any personal items you may need, including phones, sunscreen, keys, towels, drinks, and a change of clothes. Some boat packages may or may not include food and drinks on board. Please check your specific boat package for a detailed list of what is included to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Each boat package has a different departure time, and we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure all passengers can be comfortably settled on board. Our morning fishing trips depart at 5:30 AM, evening trips at 3:00 PM, and sunset cruises at 6:00 PM (subject to change). All other tour options are scheduled at the customer's and owner's preferred time.

Absolutely! Safety is our top priority, so we ask that all friends and family strictly adhere to the captain's rules to ensure everyone's well-being. On board, we provide more than enough life jackets for everyone, along with an EPIRB, a safety kit, and various other marine safety equipment. Before departure, the captain will demonstrate where the safety equipment is located and how to use it, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and secure on board.

Rescheduling Policy Notice Requirement: Rescheduling is permitted if we receive notice at least 10 days before the original booked date with us. Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 10 days in advance, you will be required to cancel your current booking and schedule a new trip. Cancellation Policy Advance Notice: If you cancel your booking at least 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund of 75% your payment.
